Assertivenes, Attention and the Relationship between Swimming Training and Them

This research was conducted to reveal the relationship between swimming and some psychological parameters. The goal is define effect of week-8 training program on assertiveness attention levels high school students aged 15-18 in Sakarya city Turkey.For investigating relationship, (100) voluntarily participated study. All partici-pants divided into two groups as control experiment. In process this research, data collection tools, Rathus Assertiveness Inventory Burdon Attention Scale were used determine scores pre post tests. obtained study, which with an experimental sequential design method, analyzed SPSS pro-gram level significance taken 0.05. order compare pre-test post-test results groups, Mann Whitney U-test independent Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test dependent groups. inventory re-sults, a statistically significant difference found group group. results, Research showed that designed 8-week positively affects students' levels.
